Provide the building, floor, unit or pharmacy department as well as the street address. Nominate a sender who can release the parcel and answer packaging questions. Describe the product, required temperature and dimensions without patient information. Request Go Girl packaging or ensure your own insulated cooler box and cooling materials are suitable for the product’s temperature requirements.
Provide a contact name and telephone number for the person receiving the parcel. Add delivery-hour restrictions and appointment requirements. Tell us if the receiving point is inside a hospital or clinic and whether there are specific access instructions. An ordinary reception or pharmacy counter is not automatically a chain-store distribution centre.
