Describe the product without patient details. State the temperature range specified for that product, its dimensions, estimated packed weight and any monitoring or handover requirements. Provide a named pharmacy contact, the collection point inside the facility and a receiver who can accept the parcel at the destination.
Request Go Girl packaging or use your own insulated cooler box. If using your own packaging, ensure the box and cooling materials are suitable for the product’s temperature requirements. Share any special handling and receiving instructions when requesting your quote. Tell us whether the destination needs a receiving appointment or access instructions.
