Chargeable weight is the greater of packed actual weight and volumetric weight (outer length × width × height in centimetres ÷ 5,000), rounded up. Include packaging and coolant. Provide the measurements if known; we confirm them during review. Parcels above 30 kg chargeable per parcel need a separate suitable arrangement.
Gel packs and frozen goods
Frozen gel packs help a chilled product resist warming inside an insulated box. They do not by themselves establish that a parcel stays at approximately −18°C. A frozen shipment needs its own dry-ice quantity, suitable box, carrier acceptance and a separate packaging price.
What to enter in a quote
Give the goods’ dimensions, temperature requirement and estimated final packed mass. If you supply your own insulated packaging, enter its finished outer dimensions and coolant-inclusive mass. An online estimate is subject to address, route and temperature suitability confirmation.
Service and packaging are confirmed before booking. Include any specialist handling requirements in your quote request. For refrigerated pallets or loads above 30 kg chargeable per parcel, request a tailored Go Girl Logistics solution.
