Actual and volumetric weight
Chargeable weight is the greater of packed actual weight and volumetric weight (outer length × width × height in centimetres ÷ 5,000), rounded up. Include packaging and coolant. Provide the measurements if known; we confirm them during review. Parcels above 30 kg chargeable per parcel need a separate suitable arrangement.
