We collect from the agreed sender and deliver to the named receiving point. Share the product, temperature and handover requirements when requesting a quote, so the collection can be arranged around the sender and recipient’s needs.
Our services include hospital courier collections, clinic deliveries, laboratory parcel movements and pharmacy-to-patient delivery requests.
For help arranging collections, deliveries and agreed cooler-box returns through one contact, explore the Go Girl Clinic Delivery Desk.
Pretoria collections and Gauteng destinations
Provide the exact collection and delivery addresses, including the suburb, building, department and receiving contact. Tell us about security access, gate or loading instructions, and the hours when the recipient can accept the parcel.
Local ColdPod enquiries also cover Johannesburg, Sandton, Roodepoort, the West Rand, East Rand including Alberton, Midrand and Centurion. We assess the full route and confirm availability and delivery timing with your quote. View our local medical courier coverage for the areas served.
Packaging and temperature instructions
Request Go Girl packaging or ensure your own insulated cooler box is suitable for the product’s temperature requirements. Include the actual packed weight, outside dimensions and any handling instructions.
If the sender needs a temperature record or a particular monitoring arrangement, include that requirement in the enquiry. See our temperature-monitoring guidance for the details to provide.
